Pervanovo owns 17 apartments in eight villas located in Lapad, 400 m from one of the most popular beaches in Dubrovnik. The apartments are new and equipped to the highest standard. All apartments have air condition, modern furniture, HD-TVs, DVD-players, balconies, washing machines e.t.c. Most of them have also a nice sea view.
The apartments are from 60 - 120 square meters, with two to three bedrooms, kitchen, living room and several bathrooms.
A grocery store is located just nearby the appartments. There's also a local bus connection to the old town.
