The Hotel got its name from the famous explorer Marco Polo who was born under this blue Dalmatian sky, not far from Gradac on the Green Island of Korcula. Restaurant and Vine Bar «Nicolo Polo», located just a few steps from the sea is definitely a pride and pearl of our hotel as well as true representative of gastronomic offer from our region. Restaurant remains open throughout the whole year, offers creative and progressive menu, with meat and fish dishes, enriched with Dalmatian spices, further; «Dalmatia's old and traditional smells and tastes» menu, which stands as the collection of an old and nearly forgotten Dalmatian recipes, vegetarian dishes, rich pastas, refreshing salads, interesting and colorful Kids menu, as well as the superior Vine list consisted of top quality Croatian and World renowned vines.
